About smoking
Smoking is generally prohibited indoors. Smoking is also prohibited on trains (including railway stations and platforms), buses, and airplanes except in specially designated spaces. Many cities, including Tokyo Metropolis, prohibit smoking on busy streets except in designated smoking areas. It is acceptable to smoke on the pavement in front of hotels. However, it is illegal to discard cigarette butts on the street. Violators will be fined. Therefore, it is highly recommended for smokers to carry small portable ashtrays to dispose of their cigarette butts. Portable ashtrays can be purchased at convenience stores.
Bedding

- Each bed features a box spring in the button and a firm mattress on top.
- Comforter
- Our comforters use 95% white goose down filling. It is lightweight, comfortable, and keeps one warm at night.
- Summer
- During warm summer seasons, bed mats, sheets and comforters are replaced with cooler materials to keep travelers comfortable at night.

- Two 5V, 2.4A USB power supplies are available at the desk.
- TV
- A 42-inch wall-mounted TV is installed in each room.
- Air conditioning
- An air conditioner with a high capacity filter is installed in each room.
- Remote controller
- Lighting, air conditioner, and TV are all operated by remote control.
- Desk
- In addition to the high-back office chair and AC connector, there are two 2.4A USB ports to recharge phones, power banks, and personal devices.
Shared facilities (equipped on each floor)
- Illumination
- Lighting is automatic in the corridors inside the building by motion sensors.
- Bathroom
- Shower facilities are shared among customers, separated by gender. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are provided. Towels and bath towels are available in the guest rooms. After use, please put it in the used towel basket in the guest room. The lights in the dressing room are controlled by sensors while the lights in the shower rooms are controlled manually.
- Washbasin
- Please use the two washbasins in the common space. Hair dryer, hand wash and automatic alcohol sterilizer are available.
- Toilet
- Both rooms are equipped with fully automatic washlets. Operating instructions are written in Japanese, English, and Chinese.
Breakfast
Two service times are available: 7 AM or 8 AM.
The old-fashioned breakfast features homemade croissants, scrambled eggs, salade, and ham. The bread is fermented and baked in a German made oven. The butter used is a French butter rated among the highest rated grades by the French AOP national standard. It features a unique aroma and is rich in flavor. Complementary junice, drip coffee and tea are also served. Guests may opt out of the breakfast option if they wish.

Various discounts are available to our guests, up to thirty percent off. Please inquire for details.
- Prepaid
- 5% discount with advance payment such as card or bank transfer. All discount plans require advance payment. Most reservations may receive a refund if reservations are canceled 4 days in advance. Cancellations are subject to a service charge. Certain discounted rates are not refundable.
- Early bird discount
- Early bird discount is available to those who booked 28 days in advance. It is non-refundable.
- Irrevocable
- If you have confirmed your stay, we recommend this plan with a high discount rate.
- Consecutive nights
- Discounts are given for stays three nights or longer. The longer the stay, the higher the discount rate. Maximum of 30% discount will be applied for stays 2 months or longer. This is a popular feature for those on extended business trips.
- Cash payment
- If you have a credit card guarantee, you may choose to pay cash upon arrival.
COVID Health Precaution
A temperature sensor is installed at the main entrance. Alcohol sanitizers are also available at marked locations.
Disaster Preparedness
The inn is equipped with emergency equipment in the event of an electric and water outage.
